Answer:

It changes from playthrough to playthrough. I have two main Origins playthroughs; one a female Amell and the other a female rogue Cousland. Both of them stuck to a generally good/moral path, but with a few slight differences. I almost always destroy the Anvil, side with Harrowmont (I’m not crazy about him, but somehow he seems better than Bhelen to me), convince Zathrian to lift the curse from the werewolves, save Irving and the Circle Tower, and save Eamon’s family. I always recruit everyone and make sure to gain their loyalty. My Amell romanced Cullen (I modded my game so that it seems like their relationship is more romantic and shippy than is originally implied), left Alistair to rule Ferelden alongside Anora, and sacrificed herself in the final battle against the Archdemon. My Cousland romanced Alistair, married him, and allowed Morrigan to perform her ritual. As for Dragon Age 2, my main Hawke is a female rogue who romanced Isabela. She didn’t bring Bethany to the Deep Roads, didn’t give Isabela to the Arishok, didn’t sacrifice Anders, helped Merill get the Eluvian but did not complete her final loyalty quest (so hopefully Marethari might make an appearance in Dragon Age 3?), didn’t give Fenris to Danarius, helped Aveline get together with Donnic, etc etc. She was snarky, but stuck mainly to the “paragon” path. None of the companions died or disliked her. She remained neutral for a while but sided with the mages in the end. I’m probably forgetting some other crucial choices, but those are the ones I can remember off the top of my head.

I want to complete a few more playthroughs while I’m waiting for DA3, especially one where Loghain survives, because I’d like to see if/how he appears in the third game. I wish I could complete at least one “renegade” playthrough, but I’m just such a goody-goody and I hate seeing my babies in unhappy/in pain……I don’t think I could do it u . u
